'to care for another Individual means to know and to experience the other as fully as possible'
Irvin Yalom, 1980
I, as a counsellor will not judge, criticise or tell you what to do, but will help you explore your feelings, thoughts and personal experiences to help you move forward, in a safe and confidential space. It's a process which requires a joint commitment to change and improve well-being.
I am a person-centred counsellor with integration, and have been working with a Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service for 2 years. I have experience in working with individuals who suffer with anxiety, depression, stress and other related mental health issues. Sometimes Life itself gets overwhelming and the noise in your head can't be silenced, that is when you can reach me. Together we can explore the noise and make sense of it.
I am fluent in English and German, and I am a Member of the National Counselling Society
You can also find me on Facebook, Psychology Today and Counselling Directory
Tina is a caring and reliable counsellor. She gives her whole attention to each person she works with and strives to understand who they really are, to enable her to help them find ways to make changes in ways that work for them as individuals. She has a lot of knowledge and continues to develop this by taking further courses, reading and keeping up to date. She has regular supervision and, as her supervisor, I very much enjoy working with her.
Easy to talk to, helps you find answers and work through painful issues in a safe environment.
Bettina is a calm and non-judgemental counsellor. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone who needed to calm the noise in their head or felt a bit lost.
